Ordering from us is simple and convenient, just like shopping in a supermarket, but with fully customized furniture tailored to your needs.

First, you choose the items, quantities, and specifications you require. Based on your request, we will provide detailed pricing along with estimated production timelines.

Once you agree to the quotation and production schedule, we will proceed with your order. A deposit is required to begin the production process.

A deposit of 40%–50% is needed to start, while the remaining balance is payable after production is completed and before we arrange container shipment.

Throughout the production process, we will keep you updated with regular progress reports, ensuring transparency and quality control at every stage.

Before shipping, all items undergo strict quality checks and careful packaging to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.
