PURCHASE TERMS

 

Minimum deliver to other countries is 20ft container, you can fill the container with various items

 

You can buy only few items at once delivery, for an example buy 2-3 sets stage sofa, less than a full contoiner load, this called LCL shipping, but cost is almost same with regular full load of container Shipping

Not allowed to  cancel the order that is running, cancellation of any item or whole order is captured any deposit has paid is lost.

 

Changing spesification in any items in order that is running, such as changing color of wood or fabric, it would be charged as extra cost.

 

Order that more than 2 years stacked in our warehouse, it is because customer cancel the order, doesn't care anymore, customer disappear, is considered all payment lost.

 

Before customer placed order in many quantities, it is allowed to ask sample to be delivered to customer place, cost for the sample would be charged in advance plus shipping charge.

You can ask us to make the products according to your design, you can send us the designs via whatsapp or emails.

 

After you finish collecting the items you need, invoice will be provided to you, you can CHECK and CONFIRM.

 

After the order sheet ( INVOICE ) is CONFIRMED, NO CHANGES. then it is ready for proccesing.

 

 

 

START PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

 

Deposit payment is needed to start the work.

Payments can be made in 2 or 3 times, it will be noted in invoice as

 

2 times, deposit 50%, final payment 50%

3 times, deposit 1 is 40%, deposit 2 is 30%, final payment 30%

 

Every payment, needed to send the payment paper from bank to us for our archive, once your first payment received, immediately production of yor order started.

 

In process of manufacturing items of your order, we will send you report photos every item or sets, raw frame furniture when completed, and finished products when completed.
